Are you feeling unheard, misunderstood, or like you’re facing life’s challenges alone? Do you want to strengthen your relationships—romantic, family, friendships, or even your relationship with yourself—but don’t know where to start?

Hi, I’m Vanessa, and I’m here to help. I am dedicated to supporting individuals in overcoming trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. With advanced training in Gottman Method Levels I & II and Complex Trauma, I bring a depth of expertise that allows me to navigate even the most complex emotional experiences with care and skill.

I believe in a collaborative, person-centered approach that acknowledges your unique experiences and strengths. My passion lies in helping clients break free from patterns rooted in past experiences, heal their inner child, and cultivate deeper emotional resilience. Together, we will develop personalized strategies to help you feel more empowered, connected, and in control of your life.

My work is rooted in proven therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing learning, ensuring that I provide the highest level of support. While I am in the final stages of my clinical training, my extensive experience and specialized education allow me to work confidently with a wide range of concerns.

I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore, grow, and heal. Whether you’re seeking clarity, navigating relationship difficulties, or working through past trauma, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Outside of my clinical work and training, I enjoy reading, swimming, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with my close family and friends!
