Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Prescreener (CP). Elizabeth has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, risk assessments, and expressive arts. Her specialties include treating mood disorders, processing past traumas, and developing coping skills. Elizabeth is committed to providing a comfortable environment by using her calm, friendly demeanor.

Elizabeth has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and a Master’s in Social Work from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. In her professional career, Elizabeth has worked for local Community Service Boards (CSB) in both Emergency Services and Inpatient settings. Her background in these settings has allowed her to work with a variety of mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, substance abuse disorders, PTSD, and ADHD.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys reading and going for walks. However, her favorite activity is spending time with her large family, which includes five kids and two dogs.
