She/They

Cassidy is a compassionate and dedicated graduate-level intern. She graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology from Randolph College. Cassidy is pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Mason University.

Cassidy blends evidence-based techniques with a holistic approach to therapy. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and experiential methods. Therapy isn’t just about strategies and techniques; it’s also about self-expression and exploration. That’s why Cassidy believes in the power of creative expression as a catalyst for healing and self-discovery. Whether it’s through art, writing, movement, or other forms of expression, creativity can unlock insights and foster transformation.

Cassidy is deeply committed to creating a safe, open, and affirming space for clients from all walks of life and backgrounds. She welcomes individuals from the LGBTQA+ community with open arms. Your identity, experiences, and challenges are honored and respected here. Together, you can navigate the complexities of life, celebrate your unique strengths, and foster a sense of belonging and empowerment.

As Cassidy continues her journey in counseling, she remains dedicated to advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health. Your well-being and growth are her top priorities, and she is honored to walk alongside you on your path to healing and self-discovery.

In her free time, Cassidy likes to spend time with friends, family, and her cat, Graham. She enjoys various activities, from reading, cosplaying, and playing video games to being outdoors, trying new food, and exploring new places.
